SJL Bristol Roofing is a local roofing company working out of Sheppard Road in Fishponds. We cover the whole of Bristol, but the BS16 streets around us are where most of our work comes from — usually through neighbours passing our name on, which is the only kind of advertising that really counts in this trade.
We handle the full range of domestic and commercial roofing: new roofs and complete re-roofs, repairs and leak tracing, GRP and felt flat roofing, fascias, soffits and guttering, and chimney and lead work. It is all done by our own team rather than subcontracted out, which is why we can stand behind it.
There is no call centre and no sales process. You ring, we come and look at the roof, and you get a written price. If a repair will sort it, we will tell you that rather than quoting you for a new roof.

Domestic and Commercial Roofing
Most of what we do is domestic — terraces, semis and detached houses across Bristol, plus extensions, garages, porches and dormers. Flat roofing in particular suits a huge range of buildings, from new builds and refurbishments through to historic properties, office blocks and warehouses.
We are comfortable with non-standard work too: lean-to and hipped roofs, awkward valleys, dormers, balconies and roofs where matching an older clay or slate covering matters as much as the waterproofing.
